I usually get from 2.7meg upto 3.4 mbps depending on the hour of the test done. But the funny part is whenever i take download test from speakeasy.net or download any file from bell sympatico's server i never exceed more than 315KB/s on average i.e. @ 40% completion of the download. Tried many tweaks and registry amendment but all in vain. Try these places to know exactly what speed you are are getting, i atleast calculate mine from here. Just stop the downloading @ 40% and multiply the KB/s that you get with 8.19 and you will get your result in kbps. If anyone has any better site for the download test or any means to enhance my download speed capability, All suggestions are welcome and i will be grateful.
