I HaveTimewarner.rr out of Jax Fl.

I wouldn't want to divulge my mac address for the fear of Hackers.

Curiosity is getting the better of me.  I have been to several other test sites to test my speed and the results have all been the same extremely high.  Why would I get such fast downloads for the price of residential?  I have nothing special that would account for these types of speeds.  My modem is a Motorola SB5100 Surfboard cable modem.  If anybody has an answer I'd like to know..  :)  Here is a test from this AM..

try downloading a real file (from a website - preferably a larger file so we can see accurate results) and then take a picture of the file transfer when its finished so we can see the average download speed.. that will tell you and us if you are really way over your cap or if some company mistake has been made or your modem has been uncapped :D

Thats right on the mark larwill.

The reason you were getting insanely high scores was because of testmy's main servers' progress bar. Alot of routers / firewalls dislike that bar lol. It's being worked on as we speak, and with the next update to testmy's testing systems ( wil be a silent update) it should fix that from happening anymore.

;)
