    Thanks CA3LE, I pinged dallas.testmy.net the results in latency were about the same as in the image I posted. So close enough for me. I finally checked out the location under your avatar. I don't know exactly where the problem was but I suspect a corrupt file in the Opera Portable folder. It seems to be doing the tests now without the pause & incorrect very fast speed.
