Theres a riot amongst the hispanics about the illegal immigration thing or something like that,.

Okay here is how i feel, all at one time we were immigrants right? we applied to become citizens and now we pay our taxes. Im also a 3rd gen hispanic but my grandparents moved from Puerto Rico so i guess they were not really "immigrants". I DO NOT think it is rite for illegal immigrants to come here and not bother to become citizens. they should go through the same process as all the other immigrants in the past generations.

MAn i really need to start paying attention in Spanish. The sad part is that i am half puerto rican and my mom speaks fluent spanish and she could help me out but i dont want to tell her that i dont know anything because i dont pay attention and sleep

my dad owns 4 homes 2 of which are rental properties and one my grandma is living in and the other one is the one we are living in now : the one complaint my dad has about rental properties is that it is very hard these days to find someone who will take care of ur rental property and not just trash it, my dad, several times, had to kick out his tennats because they would not pay rent on time and they didn't propery maintain the property. In the long run it is worth it because all the money my dad is getting off these homes is pure profit(they are all payed off). I personally think this is a good way to make money is u r up to the challenge
