yeah i had the same problem with xp pro...it was a pirated version...so i downgraded to xp home which was wat my computer originally had.......

just called about a speed upgrade to 3mb/768k and they said i do qualify.....just a few days ago they said i dint.....anyways how long should it take for upgrade to go into affect
