When exactly was the DSL activated, it takes Verizon a couple of days to get everything set up. So give it a few days and everything should be a ok

It also should say in the manual where to install RAM

if you want a new graphics card you will have to replace the whole motherboard because the card is built on the motherboard, at least mine is. I am using the Verizon Yahoo! antivirus made by Computer Associates, it seems to do a good job...quick question, does anyone know if my antivirus is actually a good program. And I am using McAfee firewall that also came with my Verizon DSL.

Yes it is a DSL and router together, I have one myself. hmmmmm, I am not sure what to tell ya. I guess you could call Verizon, but there might be somthing better you can do. I used to use PPPOE myself, but recently the CO switched to DHCP or somthing, so i dont have to use the PPPoE anymore

I am "supposed" to be signed up for the 1.5mbps plan but I cant get past 800kbps...I got the 1.5dl speed for about 5 hours but then it went back to to about 768 I am just going to assume I am to far away from the CO to get the 1.5...here are what my transceiever stats are.
