  1. I finally got Vista installed using DAMON tools since i was having DVD trouble. Dual boot works just fine. I seem to be having trouble connecting wirelessly though cause wireless networks doesnt show up. I'll try and get some screenshots up later.

  4. Well, I just downloaded the Opera browser and took a speed test with my 768kbps DSL and its way faster then Firefox Firefox: :::..   6. Thanks, but I am going to TRY and get my old computer working so I can install Vista right over XP since I dont use it anymore.
  7. So if i download trial of Paragon I will be able to create a 40GB partition for example on my 80 GB drive? Or will I have to purchase the full? EDIT: i am going to try and get my old computer working again and install Vista right over XP since I dont use it anymore

  9. How do you create a new partion on your Hard Drive? So I don't have to wright over all my XP files?

  16. Okay guys, sorry for this stuipid question but...Just took a look in My Computer and it says I have DVD-RAM drive, does this mean I have to use those expensive DVD-RAM disks? Or will the DVD-R's work? Thanks

I am up to 60kb/s and and it continues to increase using the download manager now (Remember I only got the 768/128 KBps Verizon DSL plan), I am afraid to restart though because it might be lower, or it wont connect...I have until saturday cause thats when i will get to the electronics store and buy some DVD's. I am just going to leave the connection on all night and hope for the best.
