as far as I know Comcast doesnt even offer those speeds, so your test is probally cached. Go to control panel and double click on internet options and then delete files and delete cookies. If you still get those speeds try a different server. I highly dought you can get those high of speeds from Comcast, I mean thats way faster then FIOS . So I am sorry but your speeds are not 30.4 Mbps

I would try using system restore, set it back a few days and everything should be fixed

nice speeds....are you signed up for the 1.5 Mbps? it will never get passed the 50% mark because of FIOS, so just ignore the host percentage

What package are you signed up with? I think you should call Verizon about those crappy speeds, but you could also try VanBuren's cablenut settings http://www.testmy.net/topic-1013 It never worked for me but it might work for you
