There's an extension called Tabbrowser Preferences, it will let you move the tabs to the bottom and make a few other changes with the tabs.

Hi everybody. I have had SBC DSL for roughly 2 months now. At first, everything was running smoothly. I am subscribed to the PRO package (1.5-3.0Mbps downstream/384-512Kbps upstream) in the beginning i averaged about 2mbps downstream. Then after a while I was lucky to get dial-up speeds. After several emails and phone calls to SBC the problem was "fixed." Everything was back to normal. Until now. :::..
