  2. this is about the fastest you can download with an upload of 44 Kb/s i capped my upload at 44Kb/s 2046 kB/s is 16760.83 Kbps Or 16.76 Mbps ::: 2.05 MB/sec
  3. your speeds are cached cause you cant download that fast with and upload that slow and road runner doesnt offer that speed. what package do you have?

  5. probably the 30/5 cause i dont think the 20/5 can get that much over and definitly not the 15/2
  6. yes your speed should go up a bit on download and the upload should also go up atleast 10X what it is now if your uncapped. now getting capped again is a different story but you or someone else might be doing alot of uploading to get capped so maybe i would look into getting boost since its only $15 more a month and it doubles your speeds on upload and download and your allowed to run servers so you shouldnt be capped on that service and if you dont want to just ask them how you can avoid getting capped.
  7. yea your capped so call optimum and get it fixed. sorry to hear that docsQosMIB.1.2.2.6.2.295.1 = [Gauge32] 150000 <<these 3 should be 200000 docsQosMIB.1.2.2.6.2.295.2 = [Gauge32] 150000 ^^^ docsQosMIB.1.2.2.6.2.295.3 = [Gauge32] 150000 ^^^ docsQosMIB.1.2.2.6.2.296.1 = [Gauge32] 15000000 docsQosMIB.1.2.2.6.2.296.2 = [Gauge32] 15000000 docsQosMIB.1.2.2.6.2.296.3 = [Gauge32] 15000000
  8. yes copy it then paste it in that black box and hit enter
  9. some newer tvs can go way more than that and up to 8000 hours but if you buy a really cheap one then it can be 2000 hours and under per bulb some lasting under a year with normal use while some can last about 6 years. now if you get the best tv and play the crap out of it (8+ hours a day) even the best ones bulb will die after about 1 to 2 years.
  10. download this program ( http://homepage.ntlworld.com/robin.d.h.walker/docsdiag/docsdiag.zip?030720 ) and unzip it then open the folder and click the 2kXP-win file and copy and paste this java -jar docsdiag.jar -vvv >output.txt then hit enter and in the docsdiag folder there will be a file called output. attach the file in your next post and i'll tell you if your capped or just look for what i posted below in the output file docsQosMIB.1.2.2.4.2.305.1 = [Octet-string] "OOL-BOOST-5US" docsQosMIB.1.2.2.4.2.305.2 = [Octet-string] "OOL-BOOST-5US" docsQosMIB.1.2.2.4.2.305.3 = [Octet-string] "OOL-BOOST-5US" docsQosMIB.1.2.2.4.2.448.1 = [Octet-string] "OOL-BOOST-DS" docsQosMIB.1.2.2.4.2.448.2 = [Octet-string] "OOL-BOOST-DS" docsQosMIB.1.2.2.4.2.448.3 = [Octet-string] "OOL-BOOST-DS" docsQosMIB.1.2.2.5.2.305.1 = [integer32] 3 docsQosMIB.1.2.2.5.2.305.2 = [integer32] 3 docsQosMIB.1.2.2.5.2.305.3 = [integer32] 3 docsQosMIB.1.2.2.5.2.448.1 = [integer32] 0 docsQosMIB.1.2.2.5.2.448.2 = [integer32] 0 docsQosMIB.1.2.2.5.2.448.3 = [integer32] 0 docsQosMIB.1.2.2.6.2.305.1 = [Gauge32] 5000000 IF YOUR CAPPED THIS WILL SAY 150000 docsQosMIB.1.2.2.6.2.305.2 = [Gauge32] 5000000 ^^^^^ docsQosMIB.1.2.2.6.2.305.3 = [Gauge32] 5000000 ^^^^^ docsQosMIB.1.2.2.6.2.448.1 = [Gauge32] 30000000 docsQosMIB.1.2.2.6.2.448.2 = [Gauge32] 30000000 docsQosMIB.1.2.2.6.2.448.3 = [Gauge32] 30000000
  11. if your capped your download will go down cause you need upload to download and yes they will uncap you if you call up but it might take a few days but i would do it.
  12. with that upload it looks like you are capped so i would call and find out if you are or not. they will tell you but from all the people i have seen capped its always about 150 kbps and if your not capped it should be about 2000 upload
  13. right now i only have gears of war and testdrive unlimited but i want to get forza 2 and 2 days to vegas which comes out next year. what games you want to get ?
  14. nice tim what games you have?
  15. http://www.plasmatvbuyingguide.com/plasmatv/plasmatv-burnin.html http://www.hdtvsolutions.com/big_picture_flatscreens.htm Burn-in. Plasma TVs in particular have been know to have problems with burn-in. This occurs when a static image appears on the screen for a long enough period of time that it becomes permanently etched into the image. LCD flatscreens do not have this problem. Some of the latest plasma products have made strides in reducing tendencies toward burn in as well. But if you plan to use your video display for any type of static material, such as an Internet browser or video with a stock ticker along the edge of the screen, be aware that some plasma displays can create a problem for you. Do your research, and either find a plasma product that is designed to avoid burn-in, or get an alternative type of video display
  16. if you play games alot i think most plasma's get burn in and i dont think LCD's do so check that out first. i'll look around a bit and see what i can find
  17. there is alot of people faster than me on here and i dont care and your just trying to make it seem like that with your words cause your lying but there has been alot of people that lie about it and i think you are cause if it is 30 mb you should be able to hit close to that to alot of sites cause i sure can and you say the speedtest sites cant do it but they are plenty capable unless comcast just cant do it. i'm done with this cause i know you have powerboost and thats it. THE END
