Anyone know whats its supposed to fix/include etc?

On my old compaq 5000 series i had windows ME and everytime i shut it down improperly like just pressing the button and not click turn off it always did that i just had to click cancel.. i really have no idea how to fix it but it must be a problem with older OS

Ya if he is uncapping his modem, when you call rogers say you have a suspicion its your neighbor.. who knows maybe they will check on him and see hes doing something iligegal and cut him off.

man i can only imagine how mad you get at your neighbor.. i know with my sister because shes connected through ethernet to my router and shes constantly on limewire/myspace etc and it bogs the hell outta me.. soon enough shes gonna get a bandwidth restrictor on her comp little does she know.
