you need to calibrate... download large file I suggest at microsoft and then click calibrate line at cfos taskbar menu... at the same time just browse some site and you will notice something....

for me : just type in command prompt : ipconfig /flushdns or repair your current connection so that it will clear the dns cache.. to reset to default: netsh int ip reset c:resetlog.txt then disable/enable your connection..

I don't call CS co'z its a call center and scripted. If there is a problem in current base station I just rehome(change color code/reset portal/ kabooom wootttttttt) to another base stations. I'm just lucky because there are 6 base stations near in my area... hehehe.... I'm planning to add rotator to easily change my base station...heheheh..
