Well I get 4 Mbps download speed 256 Kbps upload speed.. I am more than happy with that. Plus I work for Cox Communications so I get it for free... but if I wasn't getting it for free I would only pay 39.95 I am happy with my cable ~~ but I would still like a bit more upload speed

Yea TV, Internet and Phone all run on different frequencies on the system and completely DO NOT effect each other in ANY way ~~~

well if you have a NIC, go into the bios and disable the on board lan ~~ then install the NIC ~~ this will of course rule out that as being an issue.... that is the first thing I would check with a new mother board with on board lan. - damon
