VanBuren, I only took the test once. My cap is suppose to be 4000/384. But around March Insightbb. upgraded their servers in my area. On the 2992 test I get around 6Mbps and on the 5983 test I get aroun 4.6Mbps. So I think it is real good for overseas.

Just downloaded it and it looks a lot better than the 3.5 version. Lot more options.Good for 30 days then resorts to the free one.
