If you can't even find it I don't think your going to be able to run it. Alot of these Pay to play private servers are not easy to host and take alot of scripting to keep them working right.

Problably bit commet at time is taking all the bandwidth, limit your upload to like 10kb and you'll be okay.

Its perfectly safe, there is only one server that you can connect to. You need to look at the persons speeds that you are downloading off of. Soul seek is not like mosy P2P you only download off of one person at a time.

Personally I don't think anything is safe there can always be a messed up file somewhere out there thats going to mess with your computer, The best programs I think though are Bit Torrent for all your random crap and then SoulSeek for music. Soul Seek is kinda for advanced users though because it can be a pain to set up and get working once you have it though its great.
