i thought i did have my computer to boot to cd drive. where can i go for cd to boot up?

i am trying to install win xp pro. when i insert the disc and restart the pc, it goes straight to my logging. . i also insert the disc and tried to install it without restarting pc, but it says "you have a newer windows (winxp home ed. ser2) installed" and it wont let me install winxp pro. how else can i install it

does tv service go out on bad weather (heavy rain, windy, etc.)? from what i heard they suck on bad weather. service goes out alot

not about internet. tv service only how much do you pay for your service per month (include how many recievers you have, and what package you have.) All i see is the special promotion for the 1st 3 months but doesnt show what it will cost after that.
