Hello OAKside and welcome to testmy.net forums, yeah i have my contract with AT&T DSL 1.5mbps deal, but my provider is covad.net, my speeds are always in top never go slow. I guess joining with SBC weakend AT&T, because AT&T is a great provider.

Yes my PC is 100% virus free i have like 3 anti-virys programs and spy-sweeper, e-wido, zone-alarm i have a lot of them and i use them daily so my PC is very clean, I HAVE tweaked my settings but i really dont understand it and my speeds either stay the same or slow down by a lot, thank u for ur help
