The real downloads are eratic too. I downloaded windows 10 from Microsoft server. I got the whole 3.5 gigs in 7 minutes . There upload speed must be out of this world. That makes a difference on how fast there server can give you the file.It's the same here . some servers are fast when they don't have a lot of bottleneck and congestion. I guess. But your site gives people a pretty good idea what you have. You just have too average the speed you get. I have "power boost with Verizon. So when ever they feel I need a boost they give it too me . But not every time I download.

That was 3 usa servers and one hong kong. These are the over sea servers . Hong kong , etc. These are the 3 usa ones I like. This is all of them checked. Not bad!! This is all of them checked too.

This is a test for my new computer I just built. It has an amd *8 core processor.32 gigs of ballistic ram. Its faster than I am, Which is good. I'll catch up to it someday.

The optimizer programs are not working in windows 10. The TcpOptimizer Program from speed test.com. The MTU speed goes back to "0" mtu when you reboot. Let me tell you the web pages take forever to load with a "0" Mtu. I had to tweak it myself in windows "Power Shell' to make it stay there at 1500 Mtu. Every time a new OS comes out it while be harder to Tweak the network in it. The internet companies want to slow down the internet and have everybody running the same speed. It will slow down internet congestion they say. You Know the "Big Business Industry" strikes again. It's about the Mighty $$$$$$ again. I read an article about this somewhere. They Said each new version coming out in the future of Windows and Mac 'Etc....Will have more blocked settings for tweaking. I'm not sure they can stop us hackers. Where there's a will there is a way. Lol

CA3LE have you ever used the windows "Power Shell" to tweak your speeds. I just started playing around with it. I used it to increase the speed on my network adapter . This is what I set mine at. This is a premium Comcast account. provider gives me 126 down and 7 up for $88.00 a month. I fooled around tweeking speed a little bit and got this Also running windows 10 OS . Don't tell comcast .They might try too restrict me.
