Welcome to TMN gizmo56! Have you tried tweaking yet? If you have I suggest you run some virus/spyware scans, also clear all your temporary internet files and cookies and things. If no luck after doing the things above give your ISP a call.

Well first off welcome to TMN DragonKing27! Have you tried tweaking yet? You can use one of two programs. TCP Optimizer or Cablenut. TCP Optimizer- https://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php Cablenut- http://www.testmy.net/forum/t-1013 I will attatch your cable nut setting all you have to do is go to www.cablenut.com and downlaod the program.
