i think that because u put in ur ad..."as-is"...then the finding will be in ur favor...they've always been fair to me...i've never had any problems with ebay or paypal just state ur case as best u can...without anger...just facts...i'm sure it'll be fine... have u taken a look at the feedback of the other person...they'll take that into consideration also...if they have had previous disputes or negative feedback that was unresolved...that'll be in ur favor remember that ebay and paypal have been around a long time...they wouldn't have come this far by doing bad business or not being fair to their customers... on the other hand...whew...now if u have to order a new card...well that's a bit grueling...but you get it eventually

yes...but u can pick what ur smilies look like from the choices in ur profile...just go to ur profile and click "Look and Layout Preferences" then at the top u have "current theme" and "current smiley set" choose there how u want ur smiley's to look...
