yea its very close to what i get from my ISP testserver 22 ms from me, there i pull 9,5 Mbps Since CA3LE tweaked the server, overseas dosent seem to matter much i just wish uploadtest would work better VanBuren

try this Cablenut tweakfile for 100 Mbps, its new so you can also test it just- VanBuren

then there is something in your route, do you get bad speed against all testservers when traffic is high? if so, your ISP probl hooked up too many customers on same node if its just against this server, there is nothing you can do VanBuren

yea i think your capped, how i do not know, alot of the info from these tests is above my knowledge there is a matematical formula how fast you can go on a certain latency with a certain MSS and a certain RWIN use this calculator and test 81ms 1460 and 1,51 Mbps = 184 KB/s VanBuren
