    hey Gareh, you get 84% of cap already so i dont think you will go much faster, if you get 90 % its you get what you pay for, the rest is TCP overhead but we can give it a shot, run the tweaktest and post result URL adress here so we can see it http://www.dslreports.com/tweaks VanBuren

  6. download and install cablenut 4.08 https://testmy.net/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=1013.0;id=64 download the attached Cable & DSL 512 128.zip file unzip it to C:ProgramCablenut open cablenut adjuster, in top left corner, click file, click load custom settings file, browse to C:ProgramCablenut and dubbleclick on Cable & DSL 512 128.ccs file now you have some values set in adjuster, click save to registry and reboot make some speedtests and one tweaktest post result here good luck VanBuren

  8. i found a Australian speedtest http://www.zdnet.com.au/broadband/speedtest.htm my score 1224 Kbps but its dern far away from home hehe i had a 380 ms ping to that site and testfile was only 500 KB VanBuren

  11. It dosent work that way around here , i just needed some uber cablenut tweaking thats all VanBuren

  14. looking good, do you have SP2 installed? if so you can try increasing upload by changing default Send window in cablenut adjuster the default value is 8192, try changing it in steps to 16384, 24576, 32768 and so on remember to click save to registry and reboot each time you change let me know what value that works best for you VanBuren

  18. hey Nymostwanted21 you get around 80 % of your cap now and thats good for dsl i havent seen many get cap speed or above that on dsl. if you get around 90% of cap your fine, the 10 % missing is TCP overhead run this test and post result URL http://www.dslreports.com/tweaks VanBuren
  19. tell them to check modem sync and signal, tell them you using windows default TCP values and what speed you get. good luck VanBuren

I dont think i can help, the problem must be in your ISP net, also scan for virus/ spyware that can slow down alot too... also update your NIC driver open cablenut and click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry and reboot, now all values is set to windows default and you can complain to your ISP. good luck VanBuren
  24. good i think i found the problem with the dsl tweak now, try this file aswell first click delete cablenut tweaks so all fields is blank, click save to registry then load this file VanBuren
