try this,after that run tweaktester, and if you have re transmissions then lower TcpWindowSize and GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize by 1460 each step if you dont have re transmissions, increase them instead in steps of 1460 until you reach the braking point where you start getting re transmissoins VanBuren

I hacked the test script, and can now choose the speed i want not really, as you know my cap is 10 Mbps, and i score around 9 Mbps against several US servers...
