have you changed duplex settings in your NIC? If so try to force it to 10 Mbps half duplex, if you have a router, try both 100 Mbps full duplex and Auto VanBuren

i have 100 Mbps downstream, and 10 Mbps upstream and no traffic limit Well, i do get faster upload speed against other servers in USA, so i think it also has to do with server TCP settings my speed is crap against Hispasoft mirror, i think i posted this before nothing wrong in the route, i think the server got issues VanBuren

post the info asked for in the sticky http://www.testmy.net/forum/t-2097 116 Kbps of 128 is good 116/128 = 0,90625 x 100 = 91% of advertised then add approx 7 to 10 % TCP overhead and you are at your cap VanBuren

very nice speed ODBXXX im no expert in modems, but as i understand if cable modem signal is too strong, too weak, or too noisy, it can cause cable modem to slow down or stop working entirely. a reboot can help, modem will download a new config file from your ISP not much for a answer, i hope someone can give you a better one VanBuren
