27% should be around 1400 Kbps (189 / 3.61) x 27 = 1413,57 Kbps if you have a 1500 Kbps cap, thats fine 1400/1500 = 0,93 x 100 = 93% of advertised then add approx 7 to 10 % TCP overhead and your truespeed is 1413.57 x 1.07 = 1512,5 Kbps VanBuren

its not hot, around 5-10 degrees C. The heatpump using a heatexchanger ( evaporator ) that ground water flows in. The heatpump cool the groundwater from eg +5C to +2C, That way the heatpump pick up the heat from ground. host average has nothing to do with the speed you pay for.... in my opinion host average should be deleted, cos it confuse more then it help since ISP

Tweaks cant change your cap if you get 90 to 100% of the advertised speed, you shouldnt tweak read the sticky VanBuren
