you have 2% loss against your adress (router) thats not much
the linequality test should give the same result with any router or without router
the test is done from a separate server against the route to your PC, so the big loss against those redmarked hops has nothing to do with your router or PC.

gamefuel reserves some upload bandwidth, if i use automeasure upload speed in router it set my maximal speed to 9.2 Mbps not 10 Mbps, so i loose approx 1 Mbps upstream with gamefuel enabled
also you might need to adjust priority

all internet traffic is "shared", you dont own 1.5 Mbps all over the world just because you pay for a dedicated T1
I havent seen any unhappy Verizon FIOS customer yet, so i guess they havent oversold the bandwidth

Im very happy with mine, the only problem i used to have was that SPI didnt allow me to use windows scaling and a RWIN above 65535.
Just uncheck SPI and i bet you will be happy with it
