also run this linequality test

also how far away from CO are you?

or try these files
one is from my custom files version 7 the other is just a test, its well known that dsl is way harder to tweak then other connections, so have patience
remember to click "save to registry" everytime you make a change or load a new file, also you need to reboot every time
VanBuren
try this, some dsl connections have problems with large DefaultReceiveWindow
keep all settings as you have, just change DefaultReceiveWindow from 255552 to 63888
click save to registry and reboot your PC
Edit: if that dosent do the trick, try increasing it to 127776
VanBuren
send that to your ISP, eventho your route is great on tracerts, you might have packetloss as shown in "medium bandwidth stream test"
good luck and report back what they find
VanBuren
make sure your pingable and run this test

also try replacing the LAN wire between modem and PC

i gave you the path, just unzip the settings anywhere on your hardrive and browse to
VanBuren
cant have em all
choose the file closest to your cap and test, some ppl on 6 Mbps find 10 Mbps OOL file fast, so give it a try
or try the version 7 (latest) that has a 6000/768 file
