  2. you should only need Client for Microsoft networks and Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), leave them checked and the other unchecked. I dont know what Aegis Protocol (IEE 802.1x) v2.3.1.9 is. but if you need it for some application, then leave it checked aswell. VanBuren
  3. hey ShadowOp and welcome to the forum find the IP# of the server and make a traceroute start-run-cmd type tracert xx.xxx.xxx.xxx and hit enter now rightclick, choose all and hit enter paste all in a new post VanBuren

  10. if bypassing router and connecting direct to modem via ethernet dosent help, call your ISP and let them check your modem signals VanBuren
  11. i didnt purchase a license key, just had to install Windows Mediaplayer 10 and WMEncoder 9 and it worked for me VanBuren

  15. if you have a router, bypass it and connect direct to modem via ethernet VanBuren
  16. if your advertised speed is 128 Kbps, be happy you hit 130 VanBuren
  17. hey Lantom if you use to get good speed with your settings, then thats not the problem. the problem is probl a overloaded node on your route to testmy.net if you have a router, try bypassing it and see if speed gets more stable aswell VanBuren

  23. hey FewlsFirst and welcome to the forum that first hop latency dosent seem right, 63 ms is around 10 times more then normal. try powercycle your modem, leave it off for 30 full seconds and make a new linequality test also you have alot of loss to one node in the route, thats a problem that you cant fix also try a new LAN cable between your modem and PC.
