Hi Guys! Check out my speed.. its my all time high! The tweaks that i used was Coolbuster's! My test was just this morning.. hope it can hold up until afternoon to evening!! haha!! tnx for the replies too gourame and coolbuster!!

@gourame Yes i have tweaked it already... tried the 500, 1500 sustained and burst, respectively! I've also tried using coolbuster's and elijahpaul's tweak.. and i also tried experimenting with cable nut, tcp optimizer and cFos.. But right now, im only using cFos.. I have scanned the AP's and all of them have high jitters(except mine). But, most of them have only 4 users registered. Does high numbers of registered users means more sharing of allotted bandwidth of the AP's? P.S. Hey Guys, check out my attached screen shot, its a traceroute of 203.128.87.3 using Visual Route 2007. I think that there are to many hops to reach the DNS srever.. What do u think? And what is the use of those DNS's 20.128.4 and others? Tnx!!

What i mean is their speeds are in 384 kbps... i once got to that speed but suddenly, my speed changed and as of what i have said, my speed differs locally and internationally... I can easily access Local sites like ranonline.com.ph and download files from them at a spedd of 47 kb/s.. But when i download, for example, in download.com, i can only get a speed of 25kb/s... Can you get my point?

Hey Guys.. Just want to ask some help.. I've finally came up with a conclusion based on my observation on my bandwidth... When I download files for example, at ranonline.com.ph i can get high speeds because i download the file "Locally"= means within the Philippines, i can download at a speed of 45 kB/s... But when on International Sites like download.com, i can only download at 20kB/s... My conclusion is, i'm having problem when downloading files and browsing sites internationally... and maybe, that's the reason why im getting 360+ Kbps in PLDTplay.com and 2wire.com while on testmy.net and speedtest.net, which are international bandwidth test sites is only a frustrating 170 Kbps and still fluctuating... What do you think guys? What steps should i take? Im only using windows firewall and i also tried disabling it but when i did that, there's a very wild fluctuation in my speed like, getting to 90 kB/s download speed and so... What's Happening?!?!? OMG... Guys esp. gourame, have you experienced a whole month of crap speeds? Me, I had.. until present.. omg.. it sucks... ive been experiencing fluctuating speeds and up to 11 jitter level... gosh... any advice of what should i do? (except from calling the CS... Im getting tired of it...)

@ gourame Hey man, im having trouble with my connection... 2 months earlier, ive been getting a stable speed of 360+ KBPS(with elijahpaul's tweaks)... but now, my bandwidth is always fluctuating... It goes down to the wire man... i mean, down to 125 kbps... I tried getting a speed test from 2wire.com and it shows that my speed is at consistent 350+ Kbps(averaged all the test)... But when i go to testmy.net, i only get 209-230 Kbps... What's happening? Hope i can get some help!!

Alright.. Thanks for the reply though... The thing that really sucks is the AP's... My gosh... There's a lot of tech stuffs going on every day!! But sometimes, the bandwidth are great.. Uhhh..... Are you able to play online games in your connection?

hey megabytez, can you please specify how many base stations are there in yout area? and what are the tweaks that you made? Even just an idea dude, coz im using canopy lite! Lastly, is your plan 999? and when you enter the portal what service is indicated? In my portal, its SMBRO, how about yours?

I see... What css file are you using in cable nut? can you give me a link of the file? Did you see some improvement in your speed when you used these to software? Yup, it's all about the tweaks! Does he/they know that you can tweak those things?Does having knowledge about the mere 169.254.1.1 a violation? 'coz i once told the CS if that is a crime because one friend who can do that... (actually me 2...) but just to protect my identity, i gave him as an example.. And another thing, is changing AP's a violation? I mean, its the work of the repairman, and we smart bro subscriber are meddling with it!! Cheers Guys!!!
