In my canopy page, i made myself an individual account so I can access my canopy and protect it from the incompetent contractors.. Hmm... I'll also email them so our basestation will be upgraded.. But as far as i can see, here in our area, we are only 3 smartbro subscriber(but not only 3 sharing on the same basestation, actually we're 25 !! Holy Cow!! But ill just give it a try!!

it's new to my ear.. If there will be a start of forum or the PLDT subscriber and if they'll post their speeds i guess all we can do is DROOL to their speeds because we're paying the same amount but not getting the same speeds! Tsk, how competent smart Bro is!!

ipconfig /release- disconnects your internet ipconfig /renew- it reconnects your connection.. to make it short, it resets your connection as if you were restarting your computer.. do it to refresh your connection..

@ jeydicee The limited connectivity is much likely to be caused by the basestation your connected with. Maybe there's some network activity or network congestion. The tweak in the QoS does not do harm to connectivity instead, it just adjust your bandwidth capacity.. Try typing in command prompt ipconfig /release and after that, ipconfig /renew Hope it will work for you!! Good Day guys!!

@ everyone Hey guys! It's been a long time!! I've been busy for the past few days!! BTW, i just want to add something, based on my experience, smart told me that the will not give a "priority repair" unless my connection speed is below 180 kbps.. So cool right? Good day!!

@ everyone As of now, the only tweak that i have done is changing the sustained and Uplink settings in QoS. That's all.. Im getting a much stable connection without cablenut, tcpopti and cfosspeed.. @frostbound there's a guide in the internet on how to re-configure your canopy settings in case of reset. Just search it in the net. You can find all of the needed config to get you going again! Good Morning Guys!!

@ ispayk You can't change your Power Level. It is based on your distance from the BaseStation. So it's fixed. Good day!!

@ ispayk As far as I know the lower the higher the power level is, the better it is.. So to explain this further: -43 dbm > -60 dbm. The higher the value(the less negative), the better.

@frostbound that jingle thing is very annoying. What i do is drop the line and dial again the hotline!! In that sense, i can clog up their CS Reps. Haha!!
