I think Adelphia cable's lowest speed is 4000/384 or something of the sort, so try this file...

Thats happened to me a couple times before... if nothing is blocking your dish, its a problem at NOC... it usually goes away in a couple hours...

try doing chkdsk /f /x /v

odd... when you run it, which files does it say are corrupted? and their location...

61/64 = 95% and if you include a 10% TCP overhead... 61*1.1=67.1 67.1/64 = 104.8% smile
