  12. i dont think so, i have had this problem before, and my cache definitely wasnt full (unless i managed to accumulate 50MB in 15 minutes)
  13. then rename it with the proper extension after you download it...
  14. if you know the image type, make sure you save it with that extension... this problem comes up when images are put in pages via CGI scripts, etc, and not a direct link...
  15. welcome to the forum I use Avast! Anitvirus and ZoneAlarm Pro Firewall

  17. are you sure you have cablenut?
  18. your speed is actually quite good... especially if you inclide TCP ovehead... 1.9 * 1.1 = 2.09Mbs, which is over your cap

  21. the percentage is your speed divided by the average for your host, so if others with your ISP have a faster package and they test here, it brings up the average...
  22. Yea, its going up really fast... We hit 4000 and 5000 in March...
  23. php

    Help

I have had similar problems, also when booting up... When it happens, turn off your monitor and turn it back on, that has fixed it every time so far.... also, i have a 128MB 16x AGP card, so the card being outdated isnt a problem...
