    did you upgrade or reinstall over your old OS? if installed over your old OS, your HD gets reformatted before the install (usually anyway)

    i took a guess at 350ms b/c im still working on that file i sent you... im updating it right now to get a accurate latency time, start downloading a fairly large file (a couple MB), then run the program i sent you. ill update the settings accordingly sorry it didnt work right, im updating a lot at once and im not finished yet
