  1. You're splitting hairs here aren't you? What's the difference between your "real" word and mine? Both words are "real" and both can be found in the dictionary. Just because the one refers to a lung disease doesn't disqualify it. Your word is made up four Latin words, each individual word meaning the same thing, making it a redundant compilation. Regardless, at least you got us thinking.
  2. Actually the longest word is: Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis
  3. Just testing to see what I get at this time of day. A little slow on the upload.  Other test sites I get 20+ up.
  4. Make sure you have a Docsis 3.0 Modem and call RoarRunner and make sure they have it provisioned correctly. That happened to me when I first went with Comcast and 50/10. They didn't provision the modem properly. Good luck. I'm on the 105/10 Tier and only very early in the A.M. hours do I get anywhere near those speeds from the testmy.net servers, as shown in my previous post of June 3rd.
  5. Still holding up the speeds. Hope it stays that way. May be having a problem with my WNDR3700 router though. Some days it's kind of flaky.
  6. Just did another test and still working great: For some reason the "Copy detailed text" button doesn't work. Don't know if it's a Chrome thing or not. Nope, just tried in a different browser and it didn't work there either. :::.. 9. Servers need to be looked at. For the last couple of days it's been completely stopping about half way through the 50Mbps test.
  10. Thanks guys. Yeah they had an outage the other day and every time that happens, I have to get on the horn to Comcast because the upload speed gets messed up and I can barely pull 5Mbps. Thank heavens one of the people working in Philly is a member of Broadband Reports and they really know the right buttons to push because whatever was wrong, gets fixed lickety split.
  11. Download speed tests are great today. So are the Upload speed tests.

  14. Looks super. You guys/gals did a super job.
  15. Kind of thought that was going to be the answer. LOL You're welcome about that invite. Glad you got it.
  16. I'm not, but was just interested in seeing what others think of it and if it's really all it's cracked up to be. Thanks and have a great weekend.
  17. I still have some invitations to Google Wave left, so if anyone is interested, PM me your e-mail address and I'll send you an invitation. Just be patient please, some of them are received immediately and others take a day or two. I have no idea why.
  18. Thanks. I tried Google Wave on the iPhone and it works great. On Windows phones it doesn't work so well. I apologize for this off topic conversation.
  19. Nice speed result. How do you like the Droid? Have you tried Google Wave on it yet?
  20. I seriously doubt that's a phone, and if it is, I want one too. LOL
  21. Seems to be getting better. Can't wait for Comcast to offer the 100Mbps that's being tested in Minnesota.
  22. Wow, that's super. Thank you very much for doing that for me. I really appreciate it. Have a super day.
  23. Anyone know how to copy/paste using the iPhone? I get great speed (1.1Mbps) but can't post it because I can't copy/paste. And since there's no Ctrl key I don't know what to do. Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated. edit to add mobile test score img
