    Alright you open a browser and type in 192.168.1.1 and it would show you your Cable Modems Stats.

    Use these Cablenut Settings, if you don't want to use them and rather use Dr.TCP here is a setting you can use.

    It is both, you need to have a good download and upload connection. When I play I some of the times get host. I have a 9Mbps/1Mbps connection.

    Im pretty sure it's going to be 10Mbps/1Mbps. 16Mbps/2Mbps were FIOS is at so they can compete.
