It could be a temporary thing, you can give it a couple of day's and see if it's straightends out or you can call your ISP. Whatever you prefer.

We can't help you with lag or your ping issues thats your providers issue.

I have 15" Flat Monitor thats set at 1024 x 768 and a laptop that is 14" Widescreen set at 1280 x 768.
