Yes, thoes will count, but you may actualy be able to be getting something like 6 oir even 8 mbs upload, but testmy will only read about 1 or 2. CA3LE is lookin into this problem. Try this http://nitro.ucsc.edu/ See what your upload reads there

Just means that your connection comes from the same host as here.(testmy.net) Your download speed will be accurate , but for some reason the upload will not work correctly for uploads over 1 mbs . So you cant realy judge

Burst. My average download speed is about 630 kb/s . But they start around 1,2 mb/s , depending opn the size of the file it may finish at 800 kbs, or may finish at 630 . Its the burst. Its Evil.
