for the best speeds set your upload to 25kB/s with 4 slots and use Azureus

first of all you'll go alot faster with Azureus (connects faster and to more ppl), I get my max speeds (450-540kB/s mostly on private trackers) if I upload 25kB/s on a 384k connection, I know thats a little low but you have to realize Azureus and most bt programs usually doesnt cap your u/l limit correctly and its always off by 5-8kB/s so I think you should set your upload limit to 50-55kB/s since you have 768k upload btw you'll rarely hit 300kb/s constant or more on public trackers like pirate bay
