  1. Yeah, the only con is the risk of getting banned, but I dont play on xbox live I just use Xlink, almost just as fun and free, and its great playing with Halo 2 mods

  4. You what a smaill file, when I test my bandwidth with the 2mb i get 5Mbps and with the 12mb test I get 4.3 or 4.4 Mbps. Isnt comcast capped at 4.4Mbps for regular service anyways?
  5. ftp? thats the only way you're going to be able to directly send files to the xbox, its really simple..   6. Why don't you try with the firewall off and see what happens, If youre using Xbox Media Center share the music/pic folder on your computer and in XBMC you will see it in the Workgroup directory. Make a static ip on the xbox so the ip can stay the same and so you can ftp.
  7. I'm thinking about buying a Netgear RP614v3 router b/c my Linksys BEFSR41v2 keeps losing connection. But before I do, does anyone know any pros and cons about it. Is this router good for constant downloading, torrenting and high traffic between 3 PCs.

  9. I currently have Win Xp Pro on one hd. The hd has to partitions, C: and D: The D drive has all my backups and the C has windows. My question is, if I install Red Hat on the C partition, will it harm my D drive? If not, what is the procedure to install red hat just on the C: and leave D: alone? -Thanks
