Im sick of my brother downloading while i play games or surf internet and it chops the speed down to 56k speeds. Im running 1.5Mbps264Kbps up DSL and would like to know if i can install a program on his laptop which runs stealthy and he won't notice that limits him to a certain download and upload speed that i set? I run a router also. A program such like this one would be awesome.

I heard that microsoft will be able to delete files off your hardrive with longhorn. For that reason im sticking away from anything "new" from microsoft.

You won't get any faster then that with sbc yahoo. My best top dl test was 180KB/s or 1.4mbps. I usually am around 1.3 mbps thought.

I prefer manual. Keeps you busy. BTW if you street race it makes you more pop over an automatic racer prob Especially make you pop with girls
