if you want good upload speed go cable. it will be hard to find a dsl line with more then 512kbps, you can get 1mbps with almost no problem.

bandwidth overage is done by hand at my host, and it can't automatically be billed.

its way wrong, it took me a minute to realize that it was wrong and i didnt have to pay for that.

Check out the total bandwidth used, and out of server max. I almost had a heart attack when i saw this. I would really hate to pay this bill.

call you tell us what rate your modem is connected at? it will say it some where in the modems control panel.

no, becuase all images are different. you can't just tell it, that it has to 64kb, it wouldnt know what to do. you can tell it the physical size but not the file size. the only way that i know of would be by hand.

this is going to be a hard one to do, ur going to have to make the image the way you want it.then resize it, and lower the quality then save it, check the file size, and do the same thing again till you get it to the size you need. you have about a 1 and 1000 chance of actually getting it.

distance from CO doesnt matter, ur on a remote dslam most likey, and thats probably just up the steet. be sure to set ur sound up right

have you done any tweaking? also it takes about 2 weeks to get your full speed, cuz the dslam learns what ur line is capable of and adjusts to it.
