The only thing about my Dell is that the web cam doesn't have a manual cover..other than that it works great. I knew it when iI bought it, (not complaining), got a good deal at the time.. just stick some bubble gum there when Iam paranoid.

This would be for Members only... A plain, no adds, no frils, test page so reloading the page will only bring up the Test page and then of course the Results, all on one page. Would this save loading time. The regular Test page would be available in the options menue or vise versa. just wondering. thx.

Modem is NVG510..Motorola. Went into the site settings and the firewall is off and Advanced firewall is off..windows is set to Minium. wifi off..hard wired to computer.

Now paying 39.95 a month (for one year) then back to 53.00 dollars, for 18mgs down and 1.5 up. the up doesn't get any better. AT&T uverse 2 wire (copper). no contracts, no commitment, no useage (caps) limits. Works really good on my line..movies n youtube work great.

This is an old house but has that solid wire the telephone company use many years ago and last forever. The line to the street is about 100 feet and maybe 15 feet from the Box on the house (which is new) ATT installed it, to my Gateway. Can I check the line to the Gateway from the wall jack with a Meter? Have the common meter (volt, omn). All the lines from the street are new, only two months old. I'll check the connection.

Tested two nights and can't find any Results? Looks like it started to Test, when i checked this morning (7am EST) only a few results were given.

I have AT&T Max pro, the service is 18Mbs Down and 1.5 up. Download seems to be in good shape,usually around 15 Mbs, but the Upload never gets more than .950kbs and usually lower than that. I called them this morning , asked for a special deal (which I thought I was getting anyway), so.. ATT gave me a Special Promo of 39.95 a Month for one year. then it starts back at 53$. Called this Morning and they said 1.5 up..but I never get close to that speed, not even 1 Mbs..but they did give me the promo Of 39.95$ a month for a Year.. thats from the 53$.. it will go back to 53$ a month in a year. NICE!

Called AT&T this morning.. Iam paying 53 dollars a month for (service began in Febuary) ..upto 18Mbs Down and 1.5 Mbs up.. I will be getting the Promotional pricing starting in April, which will be 39.95 a month for a Year then it goes back to 53 dollars... Not bad ?

AT&T Uverse Max pro upto 18 Mbps down....Dont know what the upload suppose to be, funny huh? never get over 950 Kbps.

No, Mud..you are correct, thats a modern keyboard. The mac is just sitting, not hooked up..maybe I;ll crank it up and see if it works? you can find keyboards, maybe on Ebay? i haven't looked lately.

Not many People use mAcs, many a dozen are so (kidding)..went to learn more about Lion at mac site and it wanted to Download Quick time? Why is that? Can I use Lion on my Pc to test? If Lion is so great, why isn't it the Number 1 Os in the World and Mac the leader in sales? of course Iam not bashing Mac (apple), I had one back in the late 80's early 90's??. the Small one, had a Serial number 0000001 and Steve Jobs (and friends) name embosed on the iinside of the plastic cover. Recall selling it on ebay for 100 bucks. Maybe should have kept it a little longer. This is a Burst reading for the Download, adverage around 14 meg.. (reading higher than 18 meg) ..limits on burst is turned off in gateway settings. the (upload) is usually 7 r 8 kbps on the adverage... uverse Max pro upto 18 meg..53$ a month..wireless..hotspots..free movies at uverse.com..NVG510 motorola..built in Wireless..2-wire copper to house..works very good after two months of use...

Thanks for the responce, now iam trying to get a Ping to my macihne, all firewalls are turned off local and gateway, still No -ping. Dont have anything on except MSE.?
