Any new way of accessing smartbro Canopy Page? I'm having a hard time getting my canopy IP. Im using windows 7 by the way, should I be using XP?

sadly i had the same experience too... where are u from? I have full bar of HSDPA and 3G in the software of my smartbro but weird the speed on transport rate is: 9.78kbps and on receive rate is 30.95kbps... is there anyway we can improve this????

i need help on how to set up smartbro with 2wire gateway from AT&T. since the smartbro canopy is the modem, how can i configure the 2wire gateway if it's already a modem and router in one? can i just bypass the canopy and connect directly using the 2wire gateway? how?!

is there any means to speed up my SmartBro USB modem connections? ..thanks

Hi, The one way to increase the speed aggregate from 1 mb to 7 mb of your individual canopy is to replace a certain hardware inside the box. Tools>Options>Advance>Network>settings>Manual proxy configuration then type in proxy.smartbro.net port 8080 check your speed b4 configuring then check again after. =)

hi good day! i've been researching problem with smartbro coz i too am suffering "frequent disconnections" any updates on how to fix this? coz' I suspect this is just problem with canopy configure not the area or weather etc.. This happened when my connection tweaked by technician of smart bro due to its slow speed but now the speed is better but get timeouts every 10-15 mins.. My thoughts are that smartbro network uses the same IP range for several end users. You could try using a proxy, although this will surely slow the download.

i recently had my smartbro mobile(usb) but i have this problem with downloading from sharing sites (rapidhsare, megaupload, hotfile, etc...). when i try to download stuff the error is always "your ip is already downloading something please wait for your download to finish)=because i'm just a free user so i can't have parallel downloads. but then why is it that the error keeps on popping out even though i'm not really downloading anything when it says that i am. i hope someone could help me n this thanks in advance and god speed!

Greetings. I am using a smartbro. I have laptop with XP. Two days ago, I am having a hard time connecting to the internet. I am connecting well with ISP, but I cannot browse. The best this I was having was a flactuating connection, ie: browser can surf the web for a minute then nada again. When I used my brother's, I am having no problem browsing, so I knew that there was a problem with my system. I decided to go to the extreme and restored my laptop last night. I can browse again with no problems. I shut down my system and went to sleep. But when I woke up today, I am having the same problems again. I tried the SmartBro QuickSolutions but to no avail. As I checked @ sunbro's isp... this is only available @ metro manila only... so basically when you're outside metro manila this service not available... I live here in lipa city where the only available options are smartbro, digitel, mydsl and globe... only globe here can offer that kind of broadband speed and that kind of price as well.... and to be honest with you sun is only good metrowide... i tried to use sun's mobile service but it's always a dead spot in my house same goes to smart.

hi to all. im new here and i messed up with my smartbro canopy settings by resetting the canopy to default settings. im unable to open any ports now using utorrent. anyone who knows how to open a port or configure the nat and nat port mapping setup at the canopy page? i need help guys. please help me.. tnx in advance

Im not coolbuster dude... i just read his guide from the past months and i configured and experiment on my smartbro..

i mean i already tweak my smartbro and it works but since i want to explore more in canopy page i try enable DHCP and NAT, after i reboot i try to go back in canopy configuration page but now cant access to the canopy page. is my canopy antenna blocked? pls i need help how to open the page.
