Understand that it's very much subjective to certain level, but my claimed 10 meg down to actual seems bit weak. CT Com said I did qualify for their highest level of service (Q Sonic Xtreme) Have the tech coming back next week to troubleshoot. :::.. Try tweaking it with: http://www.testmy.net/forum/t-1013 And then make sure you clean out your cache:Tools*Internet Options*Delete Files Including Offline Content*OK*OK*test again. Enjoy.
