I can almost download that fast on a satelite connection. (Prt Scrn) key. Hit print screen key on your keyboard*open up paint*start*all programs*accessories*paint*edit tab at the top hit paste*file tab at the top*save as*I then put it in my pictures and save file as jpeg. Then go into preview on the bottom of quick reply and hit preview*then additional Options* then browse* then go to my pictures* double click on the picture you want*then post! Walla. If you are wanting to put a picture here off of your hardrive just click the "additional options" text right below the reply box. It will open an area where you can attach the image. If you want to add one from the net just put the link to the image in between the and the or however it goes. Hope that made since. If you need some more detailed instructions just holler.
