Ryan314 Posted June 24, 2007 CID Share Posted June 24, 2007 If you have installed anything new such as hardware, try removing it. Also if you have an sd reader (memory card reader) make sure there isnt a memory card in it, because sometimes computers try to boot from that ... Mine does

Ryan314 Posted June 25, 2007 CID Share Posted June 25, 2007 Yeah your battery was most likely loose. Thats a common problem I suppose.

starship_troopers Posted June 25, 2007 CID Share Posted June 25, 2007 It was probably the battery. He probably didnt think it was though. thats what i ifigured it was, but i wasnt going to argue since i wasnt sure myself....only other thing he could have done was take out something from the mobo after takingoff the back panels. and i dont think he did that
ghostmaster Posted June 25, 2007 CID Share Posted June 25, 2007 its likely the battery wasn't connected good and was grounding out the system. Therefore no beeps, or lights or porn.....

jaml311 Posted June 27, 2007 Author CID Share Posted June 27, 2007 it wasnt the battery because i had the (LAPTOP) plugged into the wall and it still wasnt working i took a panel off the bottom to see if i could see if any thing was wrong in there and there wasnt...... so i screwed it back on and decided to try it one more time and it has worked ever since so im not exactly sure what happen sorry
ghostmaster Posted June 27, 2007 CID Share Posted June 27, 2007 It doesn't matter if the its plugged in or not. If the battery was insecure, it could ground out the system. Either way, its likely something was grounding it out, and when you took the panel off, whatever it was moved.
