Problems with CPR ?

I just done my Red Cross refresher course,

and it got me thinking , in the past I have had to use my first aid skills 3 times in emergency situations ,

and numerous times for minor injuries ,  The first course I did wasn't easy , as I had the tendency to hang back , and let others take over ,  then the real one came along and the training kicked in, so what I am saying is if you want to learn something really usefull ,

that lasts a life time , get on a training course ,

one day you might just be glad you did , or that somebody else had !

I have had it twice myself. Never needed it, but if ever I did, it would be worth the little effort it takes.

I did it when I had children. But yes it is an important thing to know. And by the way infant CPR is a bit different.

I think everyone should learn lifesaving skills.  You can never know when you will need them.

I am scheduled for another recertification (5 or 6 now) in a couple weeks.

Work pays for it once a year, and I will gladly sit through that class.

Have not had to use it, fortunately, but I want to be prepared.
