I have been having problems with my connection when gaming, even though every time I test my speed here things look great. I did a search on bandwidth monitors but I did not find exactly what I was looking for.

I am hoping to find a program that will monitor and log my connections speed (up and down) over a period of time, so I can see if spikes of poor service occur. Is there anything out there that fits my needs?

Not all Torrents are illeagal. I just finnished downloading Knoppix via a torrent.

BTW, Knoppix is a version of Linux that runs completely from CD. This is my first time trying it.
