Hey people. I did an upload test and it says I'm only running at 30.91 % of your hosts average. What can I do to fix this? Here is my report.

Sorry, just to clarify my post.  You don't need SP2 (Service Pack 2) for XP.  Whether you have it or not will not affect your connection speeds, at least not significantly.

And yes, both resopalrabotnick and myself were suggesting to click on the links that dn0 provided.

Hey Scams,

If you have Rogers' Lite tier, then your speeds would be right on:

From Rogers' web site: (Link)

"Surf and email at speeds much faster than dial-up. Modem set-up of up to 384 Kbps download and 96 Kbps upload. "

You will have to check your bill or call them to find out what tier you have.

The reason it may say 30.91% of your hosts average is exactly that; the average of all Rogers users here is just higher than your speed.

But if that speed is what you are paying for, then there is no problem.

If you are paying for their higher speed tier, then you do have an issue.
