resopalrabotnick Posted December 19, 2005 CID Share Posted December 19, 2005 while it sucks that your ride got ripped off, at least you got it back. and dude, you left the car outside running for 20 minutes? be sure not to tell that to the insurance dude unless it's already in the police report. putting a claim on the stolen gear is almost like trying to commit insurance fraud. richcornucopia Posted December 19, 2005 CID Share Posted December 19, 2005 I had a friend who had his Honda stolen and wasn't as lucky as you. They completely gutted it, engine, sound system, seats, everything. Don't forget that you could be in a lot worse predicament right now, like not even having a car that even runs. Voltageman Posted December 19, 2005 CID Share Posted December 19, 2005 Yeah honda parts are like gold..You got lucky..Probably just a bunch of kids wanting a joy ride.... and depending on where you live, leaving the car running unattended for 15 minutes is like leaving a stuffed crack pipe out in front a crackhead and expecting him not to smoke it.. Glad you got it back though..(at least you didn't have to goto newark like my stepmother had to once and pick up what was left of her brand new RX-7..Going back a few years here..) water Posted December 19, 2005 CID Share Posted December 19, 2005 whats "rider insurance"? It's extra insurance covering things like cd and dvd players, music, stero systems etc... It's like personal belonging insurance in your home.

pitbull481 Posted December 19, 2005 Author CID Share Posted December 19, 2005 to make things worse, when i went to pick up the car that the towing shop, i thought my keys were going to be there, well nope its not there. so now whoever stole my car has keys for my 01 accord, 02 eclipse, 99 dodge ram pick, and house keys
Voltageman Posted December 19, 2005 CID Share Posted December 19, 2005 Better change those house locks, since if it was stolen outside your house, they know where you live...Car keys suck to change..gotta redo doors/ignition..that sucks..
